ESJ and Baptist Health Partner Together to Offer Speaker Series for Parents of Teens

We wanted to make our BES families who have teenage children aware of an important four-part speaker series being put on by Episcopal School of Jacksonville and Baptist Health in the coming months on the ESJ campus.

The first event will take place on Thursday, September 13th at 5:30 p.m. and will address Teen Physical Health and Nutrition. One additional event will take place during the fall and two will take place in the spring, addressing the following topics, respectively:

Teen Anxiety, Stress and Coping Skills
November 13, 2018 at 5:30 p.m.

Influence and Effects of Social Media and Screen Time on Teens
Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.

Teen High-Risk Behavior, Substance Abuse, and Vaping
Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.

Expert speaker panels will be available to address these topics and answer questions from attendees.

Important: All speaker series events will take place at the ESJ campus in the Munnerlyn Center. Families are welcome to attend, but some content may not be appropriate for elementary age children.
