Fitness February a Fun Way to Stay Healthy as a Family

February Fitness starts on Thursday, February 1st. Every PE student was given a calendar with exercises to complete during the month of February. Make it a family event and all work out together. Have your student demonstrate the exercise and modify as needed. The students will turn in their completed slip on Monday to the front office, and on Tuesday we will draw a winner. Have fun!
